Banknote Strapping Machine ZK-400BL, the main features as follow,

1. Fully automatic

ZK-400BL is fully automatic. Press one button, it can finish all work by itself. It reduces labor cost and decrease labor intensity.

It straps 10 packets banknote into 1 bundle with PP belt in 3 directions. It not only protect banknote, assures banknote bundle tight, orderly, avoid banknote paper loosing, but also convenient banknote transfer in bank system.

2. Powerful features

(1) 3 Strapping mode

The user can choose mode according to requirement. It will save cost and satisfy all bank requirements.

Mode 1, Strap the banknote bundle 3 bands at the same time. Strapping speed less than 18s/bundle, save more time.

Mode 2, Strap the bundle two short side bands only.

Mode 3, Strap the bundle one long side band only. Satisfy special requirement, save cost too.

(2) Pre-Press Function

Unique design for India market, it ensures successfully strapping old banknote.
